Choanoflagellates, our little cousins. And very pretty ones! Maybe some sort of Codosiga/Codonosiga, or Codonocladium...I'll look around a bit.

OK, it seems to be the morphospecies Codosiga umbellata (sometimes known as Codonocladium umbellatum).
