You will notice he said "she" since the males of Rotatria only live a couple of days.

Carlos,
I am using an Olympus E-420 suspended over a Swift M300-D trinocular.
I have tested all of my objectives with a micrometer slide and have settled on a mix of objectives.
I survey all on my water drops with a darkfiled stop of my one manufacture.
Darkfield survey is far more restful on the eyes and reveals details that can be exploited in brightfield magnification.
In brightfield, I use UGF illumination from filters I milled from COKIN gradient gray filters
