my best protocol
I scale down to 1ml sample
1 drop Formol 40%
2 drops pyridine
8 drops peptone 5%
7 to 13 drops rio hortega
7ml water


60°C water ==>bath light brown to dark
Chill on ice
centrifuge wash 2x

when i pick cells (if few cells) I do 100µl samples but not very reproducible
