Thanks, Jacek. 60x objective. Three sets of Zerene stacks stitched together with Microsoft ICE. UGF illumination. I also shot two sets of stacks with a 40X just in case there wasn't enough working distance with the 60x, but it turned out I had enough working distance to get more detailed stacks with the 60X.
The Surirella is one of the larger diatoms.
