Large Diatom?

Post by 75RR »

Came across this while looking for something to focus on to improve Focus/Sharpness. Think it might be a Diatom. Fresh Water and about 400µm
Though I am not quite there yet, thought this was worth sharing.
Used two homemade Darkfield stops (printed on acetate) a green/blue and a black/blue. Just laid on top of each other. The other is offset. 16x and 10x.
Each is 5 or 6 stack in photoshop.
