Just got a 60x dry objective and getting the feel for it. This is a test between my Olympus 40x and the new 60x.

What is the N.A. of both? Weird that you get more apparent depth of field with the 60x and 2 images than the 40x and 24 images.

For the stitch each of the two images were stacks of about 20 shots each. Then the two sets of stacks were stitched.
