Closterium cucunis

Four shot panorama through a 20X objective stitched in Microsoft ICE. Approx 30 shots per stack in Zerene. UGF illumination. I cut two sections out of a Cokin Grad ND filter and milled them down to fit the filter holder in my substage condenser.

Very nice. I had wondered about using an old grad density filter and played a bit with one with no good results. How did you arrange the filter bits?

UGF filters

Leionard,
I started with a Cokin ND Grad

I then trimmed out and milled the gradient so I had two different UGF filters. I used the clear waste resin to make a couple of small darkfield stops.
