I found this microbe from pond in Zoo.Its have obviously spot on body,looks like worm or something.

Of course it's a worm, Aelosoma, a fresh water polichaete (I'm pretty sure...)

My equipment is Olympus BX51,UPlanFL Objetives with DIC and no flash.
Camra is Canon 1000d DSLR.
