Ecki, I did not use deconvolution software, I did use ZS to stack and Detail Extractor from my Nik collection package.

Really well done like always. I like how you manage to maintain a very low noise level on those fluorescent shots. I find that to not cause photobleaching from ruining the sample, I have to crank up the ISO to 800 or even 1600 at times (and use lower excitation intensity), and the PMax stacking coupled with details extractor amplifies this noise even with noise reduction.

Great!

The first picture is showing 2 blue fluorescent dots at the isthmus. And, when looking closer, there is a blue fluorescence at the tips, too. Any idea what this might be?

Ralf, the cell wall emit blue light when excited with ultraviolet light.

Waldo, I used DMap on this subject.
