Thank you Carlos and Michal

I had tried different possibilities with hand made filters and caches with no staisfactory results and discovered this by accident as my Rotating condenser was not perfectly aligned. I still believe that I should have the DIC but this is a neat and cheap possibility to have a better 3D view of ciliates (and others)
