Chlorophyll Autofluorescence

Hello,

got my fluorescence setup working a bit better during the last weeks and therefore I want to show you an impression of the red chlorophyll autofluorecence of the lamina of the liverwort Lophocolea heterophylla.

Excitation with a "Royal Blue Led" and 525 nm stop-filter. Direct light throughput and condensor in darkfield position.
