Very nice video !
I would agree with you Amphileptus (and probably A. procera)
I first thought of litonotus cygnus but tle contractile vacuole and the probocis-like mouth convinced me about Amphileptus.
The macronuclei are very visible !

Nice clear video! Phase contrast really works for this guy. :)

I agree w/ Amphileptus, and as Protos says A. procerus (previously Hemiophrys procera) is a pretty good candidate, if your guy is in the right size range. The mouth is a long slit on the convex side of the proboscis...that slight bulge at the tip is just a little fan of extrusomes.
