Very nice work Anatoly! Is this really with a 100x objective? That would pretty much fill your field of view!

Nice work and excellent lens. Very clean background and halo free edges. This diatom is fairly thick, especially at X100. Was this a stacked image. Also were the diatoms side by side in the original slide or have you combined two images in Photoshop?

Yes, it is 100x objective. This objective Widefield (25 mm).
