Through the eyepiece photography

Post by 75RR »

These are my first (non fuzzy) photos, taken through the eyepiece (8x) of a Zeiss Junior Standard with 2.5 and 10x objectives. Taken with a Canon Power Shot A1000IS on tripod. Second image is a collage.
Anyone else shooting through the eyepiece?

P.S. Just realized that there is a Beginners Micro section, if moderators feel this would be better there, please move.

Same object (some sort of husk @ 3mm) illuminated from above and to one side.
As above, a collage of several images.

Many of us. Often it's the best approach with old or cheap microscopes. Search for afocal in the forum.
