Yep - trying one out to see if I want to acquire it. So far I am extremely pleased with the results. It is the Olympus UIS2 UPlanSApo 60x/1.2 W objective.

yes indeed. It is way better than an oil one. great WD, no oil mess, and better thick specimens image quality. but the problem is it is very rare...

I'm not talking about a new one... But on ebay it is still very expensive - at least about $2k.
