Smashing.

How do you get so much DOF in a single shot? (Assuming not stacked here). I keep trying, but it's a rare shot that shows more detail than blur. Hence why I resort to stacks so often. Would love to get results like this - top notch!

those are single shots. Koehler illumination helps for sure, and luck too - it depends on how the specimen is positioned under the coverslip.

I used alcohol to make it still, but without cover glass it 'takes' even the smallest vibration... how is it possible to make a stack in such case... Everything should be remote controlled?
