The specimen is not moving or moves very little, but water moves, table moves, microscope moves and I don't see it easy to make a stack here... (;

Alcohol

Post by Olympusman »

Pretty much does the same thing to me.
I am using a number of chemicals to slow down pond life. Everclear (grain alcohol) substitute vodka, glutaraldehyde ( now at 5% but I'm going to increase the dosage), Pen-Fix (stops them in their tracks), Magnesium Sulfate (works, but tries your patience), and neo-Synephrine (nose drops).
