Daphnia

Post by Jean-marc »

I was very impressed by the very very good images of daphnia, cladocera and other copepod from Jacek, Litonotus ... and obviously Rogelio.
Please, those I forgot, will forgive me.

So I tried myself some stacks for a daphnia in dark field,
stack of 50 images. It is not enough, as the image is not as good as I hoped.

Nice image, it would be better rotated 180 degrees.

Hi Jean Claude,
I saw this picture after Daphnia 2

It is more impressive than in bright field but the problem is more present:
inside and outside of the shell are intricated...

does working with episcopic light could give a solution?
