This is a small saltwater flagellate.
We assume, without security, that may belong to the genus Codonosiga.
Its body is about 10um (0.01mm) long.
Hangs from a long stem.
Has a long flagellum that is born from a 'funnel' and lets it attract bacteria to feed.
We found it on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean - La Paloma - Uruguay.
100X objective, phase contrast.
