I found a colony of rotifer on my sample from Gamboa lake, here are some images:

From pictures #2 and #3 we can see that they have spines on the body.

I look at your work at the micro a bit of time, produce images of exceptional, unique. What equipment do you use? How do you treat your subjects. you practical advice?
