Help ID, Bacillus with terminals spores, Clostridium? Edited

Post by carlos.uruguay »

In this video we see with immersion objective what appear to be bacilli with terminals spores (endospores) .
They are very large: about 8um long and 1.5um wide
Clostridium genus?
They have grown in a bottle with moss and fresh water.
Any help in identifying is welcome.
Oblique, polarized light and phase-contrast.

Note. It had measured badly the organism. It is many more small therefore he can be Clostridium
