Very intriguing and impressive. I'd be interested to know how you took these, especially how you kept the 'bubbles' flat enough to get such a good sense of depth combined with very sharp focus. I'm guessing the illumination is transmitted polarised light with retarders or quartz wedge, but also the background is very clear and even. Did you have to do some cleanup or do you have a really clean sensor? :)

Thank you for the nice comments :D

Cactusdave The first three pictures are without cover glass at low magnification.
Others have the coverslip. The preparation was in constant motion, thankfully everything has to be quite slow.
This polarization is retarded plastic.
The preparation was clean without dirt.
I'm using a compact camera Panasonic Lumix TZ8 and I take pictures through the eyepiece of the microscope. Camera Optics is clear and it is difficult to stain because it's compact design.
Frequently clean the background images of small artifacts, but here there was no need.

I'm using google translator, I hope that everything is understandable

Thanks Jacek. The moment after I sent my post I remembered you use a compact. You get stunning results with it and I certainly envy the lack of dust spots.
