In my post about human lung tissue showing cancer cells, jswatts speculated that the blue masses might be cartilage. Here is an image of hyaline cartilage. The cartilage is in the center. The tissue to the right appears to be a cross section of muscle tissue.

Yes that looks like adipose (fatty) tissue on the left, cartilage in the middle and muscle on the right.

Welp, looks like they weren't cartilage! Nicely depicted tissue types, Michael.
