Interference within snowflake (Images added)

Post by Linden.g »

In my search for more interference patterns I wasn't disappointed by looking at snowflakes. Its a bit rime splattered but stunning colours.

Very neat :)

Was fun taking a look at your other interference pattern stuff as well - I am especially curious about the ferofluid ones. I've played around with that stuff a bit, but the last time I had a mini explosion and got the stuff into my hair and camera!

Thanks for the supportive comments, dudski, explosion, I have to hear more about that. Its also really good at staining lens optics!!

The winter snow storm gave a few more centers with different colours but now its over and shoveling begins.
