I can just image the complexity of the DNA, genes turning things on and switching things off until eveything is just right and then ".exe" Really nice work here.

The second photo looks like fluorescence (rather autofluorescence), is it?

Hi Jacek,
may I ask you which DIC-microscope model (I guess some Nikon) and objectives do you use. I am seriously thinking about good microscope with not super rare/expensive DIC attachment for it. I quite like Olympus BH-2, but how I found it is not easy to find Olympus DIC attachment. May be you can recommend something?
