I'm not very good with heterotrophic flagellates, but I'll give it a whirl. The recurrent flagellum is non-adherent. I gather the hooked appearance of the recurrent flagellum in the anterior is characteristic of Anisonema, Dinema / Dinematomonas, and Ploeotia.
Anisonema doesn't have much in the way of an ingestion apparatus. In your fifth image we seem to to see two strong ingestion rods, which would rule out Anisonema. Ploeotia tend to have a sculpted surface, whereas this guy is pretty smooth...so I'm going to suggest (VERY tentatively! ) that this is a Dinema / Dinematomonas with an exceptionally weak anterior flagellum.
With luck, someone who actually knows something about this group will pitch in.
