The specimen was quite fast so I didn't managed to catch in sharpness everything.

Nice! :D The purplish tones in the cortex, zoochlorellae & overall shape of the organism suggest Stentor amethystinus.

Yes, I could see a lot of stentors during their division what can you see in the added image below :)
You can see them in various stages of this process.

Jacek,

I do not use any flash. My Lumipan construction make it very difficult. To set appropriately lighting with a flash I should to mount it inside the base of my microscope. I have got some ideas, but all of them are for the future ... :lol:

This shot was taken with 200 ISO and shutter speed 1/500 s. It was slightly too dark so I improved them in PS.
