It's my favorite micro-organisms, where you found, what kind of lake?

Thanks, guys.
I got this sample from a fast flowing stream. I've been using this sample for about a month, with the jar sitting on a sunny windowsill.
I've been using a Nikon 40x objective for a 210mm tube length that does not use cover glass, though I am shooting through a cover glass. So far I'm getting pretty good results and very little chromatic aberration.
