Excellent photomicrographs--I especially enjoy the fluorescent images.

A couple of technique questions on the fluorescence.

What are the excitation and emission filters for your filter cube?

Also, what camera are you using and its ISO exposure settings? My apologies if you already provided these technical details, but I am new to the forum and have not been following your topics as diligently as I would have wished.
