Gorgeous creature! :D Given the brief glimpse of three macronuclear nodules at 5:10, as well as the semi-saline habitat and relatively small peristome, I suspect this is Condylostoma tardum. How big is your specimen?

That is a good size for Condylostoma tardum (180 - 250 µm).
