Jacek got it: Cupelopagis vorax

A really fascinating rotifer to watch. Operates a little like a "purse-seine" fishing net.

Thanks for the ID Jacek & Charles. It did freak me out to watch it gulp up small organisms swimming by. Definitely fascinating.
