Cupric Acetate

Post by Olympusman »

Many of use Cupric Acetate to immobilize protists and other pond like. It is very effective with rotifers. You may be familiar with the patterns the dried crystals make. I keep a dropper bottle full of a saturated solution among my chemicals and stains. This is what the crystals look like when they formin the staurated solution. The bits that appear solids are actually bundles of the filaments.
