Nice diatoms, Fredlab

Myvatn is a wonderful place with small volcanic cones anywere in the lake, with the only caveat of the superabundance of anyoning flies (that give its name in icelandic :D ), but I didn't think in collecting mud when I visited it :?

Olympus BH2 S + Olympus DApo 40/1,3 or SPlanApo 60/1,4 + DIC (BH2-NCF... prisms are not optimized for these diamonds) + Olympus NFK 2,5x + Canon 550D (with EFSC)

Stack of 5 to 20 pictures...
Post-traitement with Photoshop
