Hi,
i add a pic of Centrophixys testate amoeba with a lot of debris used to make its "home".
This time oblique lighting show very well details.

An interesting specimen and very good quality image. The details are impressive, especially its meal consisting of diatoms and cosmarium :)

many thanks to all :wink: :lol: !
i get oblique with a opaque black square sheet under 0,90 condesner, i think best result became by using a specific oblique condenser like LOMO one..
