Eyepiece - 2,5 X NFK Olympus
Polarized light with the retarders
HF

Unfortunatelu the specimen was lying very crooked and I did not managed to get sharp the long edges of Netrium cell.

You are right.
In my recent photomicrography I am trying to catch various microorganisms with a piece of their habitat. Previously I found something like a spaceship in the universe, this time I managed to find the "submarine" just above the bottom of the sea :wink:
