It appears you are using a compact camera. The rings you are seeing in your image are caused by grooves in one of the lens elements of your lens.
The grooves are cut into the mold for a lens element to reduce chromatic aberration. It is a common technique in compact lens design to reduce the cost of lens design and to reduce the number of lens elements to make the lens more physically compact. There is really no workaround.
