I recently acquired the Apozoom lens for the Wild M series microscopes.
This is the first effort through that lens.
It's a shot of rutile from the same specimen I used for an earlier post - just a different xtal (there are many in the host).
What amazed me is that I didn't have to defringe it (in lightroom) at all. And yes, I gave it a quick, easy pass through lightroom.
