a masquerading Crustacean

It was not easy for me to discover this about 2 mm long animal from the benthos, because it was covered as a camouflage over and over with debris. But fortunately (for me) it was moving... I think it is a crustacean, but I dont know the family.
In a second picture I was trying with polarized light to see more from this animal. So you can see where the eyes are...
