I made a little video for exercise.
Sample from local pond with mass of Algae. Video shot with Leitz Orthoplan, 25X and 40X DIC objectives, Orthomat-w photo eyepiece, Nikkor 28mm f3.5 relay lens to Nikon D5100.

This looks good. Are you just starting to do video, or is it something you've been doing for some time now??

One of just few I took. Just started experimenting when I bought D5100 (my old EOS 350D couldn't shoot movies). Still sharpening my skills and setup.
