Closterium & Euglena

Post by RogelioMoreno »

Here a cuple of images of Closterium and Euglena.
Closterium with Plan Apo 10x/0.45 and Euglena with Plan Apo 20x/0.75.
I like the 3D view that gives polarized light on the Closterium, check the flat that the DIC looks.

These are Superb images! The Closterium polarized light stack does look 3d, and the colors on that are amazing :)
How many images are in that stack?

Super images! Interesting that you work with a 20X. So you only take a small part of the image field!

Thank you for your words!

Mr Stone, there are 42 single frames in the stack.

Wim, the 20x objective is my workhorse, normally I crop the images to show. details of the subject.
