some of the first pictures I've made with a microscope, a few radiolarians, from a Barbadoes slide.
All pictures are made with a Ortholux I microscope, a 10x reichert objective, and a 10x Leitz periplan ocular, on a Pentax K200d, with a DIY adapter (my first personal microscope setup)! Brigthfield and single frame (no stacking).
