need help for ID

I know: its not a beautiful animal, nevertheless I would be interested to now something about its identification.
It is coming from Benthos. Obj. 4x, about 2 mm high.

Franz,

A cnidarian polyp, or the distal parts of it which could also be a budding medusa ("ein Polypenköpfchen oder Medusenknöspchen" :) ), would be likely.

Edit to expand:
Franz, later today another possibility came to my mind to what group your animal could belong to, that I know from benthos samples: A zooid of the Kamptozoa. Then you would find no cnidocysts in the cells of the tentacles under higher magnification.
