Your images are fantastic!
Did you take this on the inverted or upright and which objective did you use? Do you use a photo eyepiece also?

Both images are stack with Nikon TE300 (inverted microscope), Nikon 20x/0.75 objective, flash and Canon T3i mounted on the front port of the TE300 (the front port has a 2x lens so the total mag. on sensor was 40x).

What a beauty!
Have you noticed that there are observed the 'filaments' that once Hugo photographed? Do you have idea what are they?

Carlos, yes, I noticed the filaments; but I do not know what they are.

Pau, it has a diameter of around 122 um.
