Well, my new scope has arrived and bar a few missing bits

I managed to get my first shot off it, I found loads of these in my water butt, not quite sure what they are though

No, it was via a private seller in the UK, it's actually a BHA scope with flourescence attachments, Phase contrast etc added on, price was very good though and couldn't be passed on

they're actually round in the water, they just got a bit squashed with the cover slip!

I think they maybe empty egg cases or something as there seems to be an abundance of small worms in the sample that's sat on my window sill now that were'nt there yesterday!
