Perhaps a Fragilaria sp.

i think this is some species of the genus Desmidium...
Could you post some more images, perhaps at higher
magnification ?

Ok, no Desmidium, a Diatom. NikonUser is right,
it is some species of Fragilaria, but no suggestions,
which species, there are about 100 of them....
