Fredlab... What setting did you use on the camera for "White Balance"? You could always do a custom white balance.

I use my 500D for stacking with flash - "daylight" is my choice for this practice because i find it better.
After, I placed the camera on the microscope, without changing WB
I want to know how to change WB of a video.
I agree, it would be better to change the white balance before ... but it's too late
