Snowflakes 2

Post by Linden.g »

We had a short snow shower last night, mainly hexagonal and sectored plates, many of the flakes had rime. I did manage to do a pan and the first images is a 0.7 gigapixel composite from about 20 frames. All were images with Olympus BH-2, 10x Splan achromate, 2.5x tube lens and flash DIC. The hollow hex rod was sitting on the limb of a simple star.
