Source of light is a 50W HBO lamp.Exitation with a band pass filter (450-490nm).
Found it very difficult to find an appropriate subject with strong autofluorescence but i was lucky with some microchips.

With the valuable help from people of the forum i managed to set up the epi illuminator with my zeiss standard microscope.
