is this the Diatom Dactyliosolen?

It is very difficult for my to detect in my samples of marine plankton this diatom. I have to use always the phase contrast for it. Only the part in the middle has a yellow colour. One alga was about 100 µm long.
Could it be the diatom Dactyliosolen blavyanus?
