looks like Thiospirillum, a sulphur bacterium. What about your main organism? I'm not up to par on the colourless euglenophytes.

I dont know the specific genus, but Euglenid is enough for me.
I like its amoebic like motion.

Carlos, Eutreptia has chloroplasts.

Colourless Euglenid, extremely metabolic, no stigma: Astasia, I think.

The starch granules are a bit greenish, so I can see why you might think that! :)
